Our story began with a birthday gift
When I turned 14, my mother gave me a set of hair accessories she had carefully chosen — delicate tortoiseshell clips, elegant hair claws, soft ribbon barrettes, and timeless hair pins. They were unlike anything I had owned before. Beautiful, refined, and surprisingly practical.
I loved them so much that I shared them with my closest friends. For many of them, it was the first time they had ever owned hair accessories that felt truly special.
We wore them to birthday parties, school events, and even on rushed mornings before class — effortlessly adding charm to the simplest outfits.
In those small moments, I realized something:
